The Architecture of Global Complexity

I write about matters of deep literary significance, cultural shifts, core geopolitical developments, fragments of psychology, and the enduring commonness of human experience. I write about what I think, what I observe, and what the professional and personal contexts of life quietly compel one to confront. The world, if attended to carefully enough, offers no shortage of things worth pondering over.

I also write because I remain a devoted admirer of Franz Kafka, who himself was profoundly shaped by Fyodor Dostoevsky—a writer who wrestled endlessly with suffering, morality, guilt, and the possibility of redemption. There is something deeply human in that inheritance: to write not merely to explain the world, but to survive it, to interrogate it, and perhaps to reconcile oneself with it.

And as Kafka once said: “A non-writing writer is a monster courting insanity.” So, in some sense, there is no choice.
